Jacob helped me purchase my first home. I'll be the first to say I wasn't easy to work with. I had very specific requests, kept changing my mind, wanted to see what seemed like 100 houses, made several offers, and changed my mind again! But Jacob was with me the entire time! I worked with Bahr Properties to help me find a renter for my rental home. He did an awesome job, very knowledgeable of what we should list the property for. Quick response time and he had it rented out in 24hrs after listing the property. I really like the photography and the 3D walk through images he added to the listing.
