Average placement time is 14-21 days from when the property becomes available. This includes professional photography, marketing, showings, applications, and screening.
What if my tenant doesn't pay rent?
We enforce late fees per the lease agreement and follow Colorado eviction procedures if necessary. You're kept informed at every step.
Who pays for repairs?
The property owner is responsible for repairs and maintenance. We attempt to get landlord approval for all repairs. In the case of emergency, Broker, acting in the best interest of the Landlord will be allowed to make decisions.

Bahr Properties will also decline any applicant that provides false information, intentionally omits information, is verbally abusive, uses foul language, engages in sexual harassment, engages in any illegal activity, smokes, vapes, trespasses, diverts the showing process, or threatens legal action.
